AI Voice Agent
An AI agent that answers and makes your business calls, from your own knowledge.
Your team answers the same questions on the phone all day: timings, documents, schedules, status. The AI Voice Agent takes those calls. Callers speak in their own words, can interrupt mid-sentence, and get answers drawn from your approved documents, not from guesswork. It also runs outbound campaigns from a contact list, retrying unanswered calls and skipping anyone who opted out. If it cannot find the answer, or the caller asks for a person, it stops guessing, collects their details and creates a callback request. Every call is logged with a transcript and a summary.

Agent
On Saturdays the OPD is open from 9 in the morning to 1 in the afternoon.
Sample data
What it does.
Natural voice conversations
Callers speak normally and can interrupt mid-sentence, as they would with a person. There are no menus to navigate.
Answers from your knowledge
Upload documents, web pages or notes. The agent answers from that content, so answers stay consistent with your policies.
Inbound call handling
Assign a business phone number to an agent and it picks up every call, day or night.
Outbound campaigns
Upload a contact list as CSV or Excel, choose an agent, and the platform dials it with your concurrency and call-length limits.
Retries and opt-outs
Unanswered or busy calls are retried on a schedule you set, and contacts who opted out are skipped automatically.
Hand-off to your team
When a caller asks for a person, or the agent cannot answer, it collects their details and sends a callback request, with the conversation, by email and in the console.
Stays on topic
You define what the agent may discuss. It politely redirects off-topic or abusive callers and ends the call after a limit you set.
Built-in guardrails
Blocks attempts to manipulate the agent, avoids topics you forbid, and keeps personal data such as phone and card numbers out of its spoken replies.
Caller verification
For staff helplines, the agent can confirm an employee number, name or department against your user directory before it helps.
Information capture
Define the fields you need, such as a preferred date or reason for calling, and the platform pulls the answers out of each conversation.
Transcripts and summaries
Every call is logged with its full transcript and a short summary, so supervisors can review any conversation.
Languages, voice and tone
English and major Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. Pick a voice, including a cloned one, and a tone.
Reports and dashboard
See calls handled by the agent against calls passed to a person, results per agent and usage costs. Export reports to CSV or Excel.
Controlled go-live
Agents are versioned and approved before they are deployed, and you can test one by talking to it in the browser first.
Hear how it decides what to do.
Pick a call. The hexagon shows who is speaking, the log shows what the agent did at each step, and the strip underneath shows where the answer came from and who ended up owning the call.
A caller asks in their own words. The agent finds the answer in your documents and speaks it.
Ringing
Knowledge it can answer from
- opd-timings.pdf
- doctor-schedule.pdf
- visiting-rules.txt
Every call is saved with its transcript and a short summary, so a supervisor can review it later.
An illustration with made-up sample data, not a recording of a real call.
Helpful on the easy calls. Honest about the hard ones.
A voice agent speaking to your customers has to know when to step aside. Every call follows one of these paths.
- Path 1
If
The answer is in your documents
Then
It answers, in the caller's language
- Path 2
If
It cannot find the answer, or the caller asks for a person
Then
It stops guessing, collects their details and sends a callback request with the conversation
- Path 3
If
The caller goes off topic, turns abusive or tries to manipulate it
Then
It redirects politely, and ends the call after the limit you set
Stays inside your topics
You define what the agent may discuss and what it must avoid.
Personal data stays out of its voice
Phone numbers and card numbers are hidden from its spoken replies.
Verifies staff before helping
On internal lines it can match an employee number, name or department to your user directory.
Approved before it goes live
Agents are versioned and approved before deployment, and you can test one in your browser first.
A menu asks callers to fit in. An agent lets them just ask.
| Traditional IVR | AI Voice Agent | |
|---|---|---|
| How callers interact | Listen to a menu, press keys | Speak naturally, in their own words |
| Answering questions | Plays fixed recordings | Answers the actual question from your documents |
| Changing the content | Re-record prompts, rebuild menus | Update a document and the agent's answers follow |
| When it can't help | Caller ends up in a queue or a dead end | Collects details and creates a callback request for your team |
| Outbound calling | A separate dialler, often a recorded message | The same agent holds a two-way conversation on outbound campaigns |
| Insight after the call | Key presses and call duration | Full transcript, summary, and the information the caller gave |
| Languages | One recording per language per menu | An agent set to the language your callers speak |
Both have a place. For a fixed message with a key press, such as confirming an interview slot, use IVR Outbound. For callers who ask questions in their own words, use the AI Voice Agent.
